Return Policy
At Custom Filters Direct, we take pride in the quality of our filters. If you receive a defective or damaged filter, you can request a free return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
· Within 30 Days: If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it at no cost.
· After 30 Days or Non-Defective Returns: You may still return your item but return shipping fees may apply.
· Custom Orders: Custom-sized filters are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
· Exchanges: The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order.
Before returning any item, please contact our support team to obtain a return authorization.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us right away to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply. In this case, you’ll need to request a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
