Buyer beware

After waiting four business days after placing the order, I had to call to find out about shipping. I had sent an email, but never received a response.I called and the sales guy who answered the phone answered yea? I had to ask if this was CFD. He said yes. He could not find my order and had to call me back. He told me my items were in shipping. Received a tracking number late that afternoon.

When my order arrived, the packing was two boxes taped together. My filter was supposed to be 36” long. When I pulled the filters out of the box, the filters were damaged. But that was not the real problem. They sent me one 12x24x1 and one 12 x 12 x 1. They were taped together. Too long to fit properly in to my 12x36x1 filter holder. I was charged $43 for the four filters I ordered (12x36x1).

Poor customer service and incorrect product.

I was nervous after I did send 2 inquiries for status and didn’t hear back so I was really nervous after reading the reviews. I then called and spoke to someone in the accounting office and he immediately heard my concerns and looked up my order and was able to get me a ship date. I think it’s important to have more grace for companies in this day and age because we are still playing catch up with inventory/shipments etc. I would recommend this company after the way I was treated by the gentlemen that I spoke with!!! Don’t believe everything you read on the internet ….
